Ridgeview Instruments AB is an Uppsala based company that develops and commercializes LigandTracer instruments for detailed characterization of ligand-target interactions on live cells. Our TraceDrawer software turns data evaluation efficient, both for LigandTracer and other instrument platforms. Thorough characterization of interactions with cellular receptors is crucial for understanding biology, and targeting/monitoring diseases like cancer. With LigandTracer you can perform time-resolved cell based assays with minimal use of disposables and manual intervention. Common applications are binding assays of interactions such as ligand-receptor, antibody-antigen, PET/SPECT tracer binding kinetics, and time-resolved viability assays.
