SLN MULTIAUTO, SGPS, SA and SOREL, SGPS, SA

The SLN Multiauto Group, started operations in 2000 and then acquired three concessions: Coimbracar, Garagem Lopes and Miatacar, representing respectively, the Mitsubishi, Mazda and Hyundai's and Ford. In 2001 acquired a 51% in SLV – Sociedade Leiloeira de Veículos, SA Also in 2001, acquired a stake of 19.5% in Group Sorel (www.gruposorel.com), a group of retail oldest of our country, with strong representation in the districts of Lisbon and Faro. In 2006, it invested heavily in growth, through a series of acquisitions that have given significant weight at the national level, through the acquisition of Multiauto, SA and Motorgest, SGPS, SA.
