KEYTER

KEYTER is a Spanish holding group of industrial companies about design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of equipement based on refrigeration, HVAC, water production, renewable energies, and other related technologies. Keyter is a dynamic company with a clear purpose: to fight against climate change.  The products and services that we offer and develop every day serve that purpose.  Either by way of decarbonization through the electrification of heating, or the reduction of the consumption of fossil fuels, through the use of natural gases;  o take care of the materials so that they do not spoil and there is no need to contaminate more;  or the path of energy efficiency, by improving the regulation and control of air conditioning systems.  You probably already knew all that. But also, all of this in Keyter is done by people, and there are many ways to do it and many tasks to do, and all of them are important.  For this reason, at Keyter we resist the spread of mediocrity.  We encourage people to think critically and to promote effort and risk taking.  Helping others to also achieve their objectives, doing things well done, and avoiding things done badly, is also our goal.  Because at the end of the chain, we are all.  Think for yourself, and always look for the truth of the facts, use critical thinking to improve.  Admire those who have talent, without complexes, if something has already been done and it's good, imitate it, and if it's not good, change it, let's not do the same.  And if you know how to do something well and another not, help him, don't keep it to yourself. Respect the different.  Imagine yourself in the role of others.  Add, don't subtract.  Respect those who make an effort, those who want to do better.  Keyter is an organization where respect for others must prevail, for what we do, for what our clients and collaborators do.  Listen, look curiously, and take risks to make projects possible.  Distrust those who are always complaining.  challenge them.  One only regrets what he did not do. Learn new things, keep listening, keep looking, and dare to change when there are mistakes.  If someone indicates a bug to us, he is helping us to improve.  Ask to be taught, do not be afraid and approach those who know, and teach those who do not know.  Communicate, share, tell what you do to others, and why you do it, and listen to others, ask why?  Ask why?  It's good, it's the way to learn, and to work as a team.  Everything has consequences, and there is only one way.  If we all do better every day, we will move forward and everything will get better.  That is the way.
