Starting in August 2022, the company will manage both residential and commercial rental properties for real estate investors in the area. Our services will be provided for single family, multi-unit, and commercial buildings. The company aims to provide superior services in maintenance, leasing, and operation reporting. It is essential that these services are completed with dependable communication and consistency. After much research, it has been concluded that the city lacks a quality oriented management company. With this in mind, we hope to not only manage our clients portfolios but proactively increase the value through capital improvements. True North has a clear objective to become the stand alone leader in the area. Our team plans to build meaningful relationships with both investors and tenants.
