The program had humble beginnings as an eBook and quickly gained worldwide attention as an efficient and effective training style after Itsines shared her client's success stories on Instagram. Founded on the simple belief that fitness can genuinely help women improve their confidence, health and quality of life, the app reached #1 in the App Store in over 142 countries within a year of its release. The app became Sweat in 2017 and welcomed more trainers - and their programs - to the platform.
