The Pilates Studio provides expert instruction in private apparatus sessions, group apparatus classes, and group mat classes in Western Massachusetts. Our instructors create programs for both people that have been active all of their lives and people who haven't. We: -Provide cross training for runners, cyclists, and swimmers. -Help grandparents get on the floor to play with their grandchildren. -Help new mothers prepare for and recover after birth. -Improve golf swings and tennis serves. -Help people during "shoveling season" and "gardening season." At The Pilates Studio, the clients are not just exercising; they are creating strength and flexibility that improves their lives and wellbeing. Each instructor creates goal-based programs that empower students to increase strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, improve coordination, and improve balance in musculature and proprioception. These programs can relieve pain, aid in injury prevention and recovery, create functional strength, and improve lives.
