Eden Futures provides high quality, person centred care, support and enablement for people with disabilities and support needs. We develop services around the individual at all stages of their care pathway from treatment and support under the Mental Health Act, on discharge from hospital under a CTO, to outreach support in the community and supported living. We offer services across the UK. Eden prides itself on being able to provide a diverse range of quality, community-based support options, which include: Single-person services in our Independent Hospital provision Single-person Residential Care homes Supported Living Services Enhanced Supported Living Services Support through personal budgets Outreach and community support
