CREMA currently offers three innovative, effective products that empower online sellers: 1. CREMA Review Solution is the #1 review management software in South Korea. By utilizing our powerful review-tech platform, online sellers can collect, display, and manage more site and product reviews, ratings, and feedback. This is carried out with multi-channel review requests, awesome-looking review widgets, feature-rich admin page. On average, we have enhanced review completion rates from 3% to 15% and decreased time spent on review management by 60%. Nobody has a better review management solution than CREMA at least in South Korea. 2. CREMA Target Solution is the personalized customer engagement solution that allows online sellers to analyze its customers' on-site activities/inactivities and send personal, relevant, and timely messages with marketing automation. This is to say that CREMA Target campaigns go beyond simple contact list marketing. By utilizing in-house, data-driven segmentation technology, CREMA Target allows online sellers to send out marketing messages that are tailored to their customers. In terms of its effectiveness, CREMA Target's cart abandonment campaign, which is one of the most popular CREMA Target campaigns, managed to decrease the cart abandonment rate from 90% (average in Korea) to 60%. All of the campaigns are tracked in real-time. 3. CREMA Fit is the AI-powered size and fit recommendation solution for apparel. We utilize more than 8 million data points of customers' body measurements, profiles, and size reviews/feedbacks to recommend accurate sizes to customers. Ultimately, we help online sellers to reduce returns, improve conversion rates, and increase shoppers' satisfaction.
