ZUNO Bank

ZUNO is a direct bank, launched in December 2010 in Slovakia, followed by the Czech Republic in July 2011. It currently serves close to 200, 000 customers. With ZUNO, the clients can handle their money via online or mobile banking - quickly and conveniently, without the need of going to the branches. The direct bank offers a portfolio of simple products, such as CURRENT, SAVING ACCOUNT, PERSONAL LOAN, REFINANCING, OVERDRAFT and contactless CREDIT CARD. ZUNO services are available 24/7, including the assistance from the specialized contact centre (via phone, e-mail, chat or Facebook fan page). Although ZUNO is a new bank, it is backed up by Raiffeisen Bank International - one of the biggest bank networks in the CEE region.
