Since March 2015 COMATCH has been matching consultants with clients in need of external support. Companies of all sizes use COMATCH, among them international corporates as well as consultancies, start-ups and SMEs. Consultants that want to join the network have to pass a multi-step selection process to guarantee high quality of consulting. Founders and managing directors of the Berlin-based company are former McKinsey consultants Dr. Christoph Hardt and Dr. Jan Schächtele. In March 2022, COMATCH was acquired by Malt, the leading marketplace for IT, data, design, and marketing experts in Europe. Jointly, we want to build a one-stop shop for organizations to find the best independent talent for their unique needs.
