The firm was founded by Katie Curnutte and Nancy Poznoff. The two long-time alumni of Zillow and Starbucks held leadership positions through some of the companies' most significant transitions, including Zillow's brand creation and growth; Starbucks re-brand; and Zillow's IPO and acquisition of Trulia.
