Established in 1987, ICOM has been an industry leader in information technology, servicing businesses throughout the Capital Region and the northeast. Our company started out as Capital Region Computer, Inc., and in the early 90's began doing business as ICOM. Our first office was located on Computer Drive in Colonie, and we upgraded our space several times while at that location. To reduce the commute time for the majority of our staff, we moved to Clifton Park in 1994. For many years we were either the largest or second largest distributor for GarageKeeper Automotive Software in the country. Our territory covered New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We have been very fortunate in that we continue to work with many of the clients we started with back in the 80's. In 1999, we developed CliftonPark.org and TownofHalfmoon.org, two comprehensive resources for the Southern Saratoga County area. We have continued to grow throughout the years, expanding our services to include comprehensive and individualized web design, computer support, and IT services, along with marketing and supporting GarageKeeper and Motive Power software. Today our team includes some of the brightest and creative people I have come to know. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share some of our history with you.
