Our founder founded Altum Law Corporation in August 2014, leveraging on her experience of being in the Singapore corporate law industry for more than 20 years, to build the team we are today. Formerly known as LPP Law Corporation, we at Altum today are an exclusive corporate legal practice, with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate governance matters. We are industry-focused and client-oriented. We believe in getting to know our clients, their businesses and their needs well, so that every legal solution we provide is not just timely but also characterised by our hallmarks of Deep Practice, Deep Advice and Deep Learning.
