DNL is made up of people from a diverse range of backgrounds who are free to be themselves and share views shaped by their identity and values. DNL was established in 2016 by Directors Karl Carew - Licenced Cadastral Surveyor and Matthew Holder - Principal Planner. With the addition of both Shanley Surveyors and Design Phase in 2022, DNL provide a wide variety of professional services in the development industry.
