TMAC is the Texas representative of the MEP National Network, a public-private enterprise under the National Institute of Standards and Technology's Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST-MEP) . TMAC, comprised of 7 regional offices all housed within institutions of higher learning, works with Texas-based businesses to help develop and improve their products, processes, technology and people. Since 1995, TMAC has helped more than 4,700 organizations secure recorded improvements in revenue; cost optimization; and job growth. Our Mission: To increase the global competitiveness of the Texas economy by working to grow the extended manufacturing enterprise.
