Cooper was acquired and re-organized in 2016 to focus on its' Construction Services with clients who are primarily in the Federal market space but also Commercial, Education, and other segments as well. Since the re-organization Cooper has grown over 400% in both staff and revenues and has built a national portfolio of clients we serve including: - U.S. Military Branches - Federal Agencies - National and International Prime Contractors - State and Local Agencies - Commercial Clients We specialize in Interior Renovations as well as additions and have specialized experience in a number of areas including: - SCIF Construction - Operating in Occupied, Secure settings - Operating on active Military bases nationally and internationally - Multi-Phased, fast track projects - Self Performance in a wide variety of scopes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency - Design-Build In addition, Cooper has a partnership and is a Mentor to Knight Solutions, A Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business through which we collectively serve the National Cemetery Agency and Veteran's Affairs Administration. Cooper also has partnerships with 8(a), Women Owned, Small Businesses, and HubZone businesses, allowing us to assist our clients in fulfilling all of their set-aside project needs. In 2017 we relocated to our new Headquarters in Frederick Maryland to accommodate the growth in our company. We believe this growth is attributable to our unwavering commitment to our clients and our employees and as we continue to grow this commitment will remain ingrained in the culture of our organization and reflected in our projects.
