Direct Access is an accessibility consultancy that advises on construction projects throughout the world. By guiding organisations to put people first, our disability-led team works to ensure accessibility for everybody. From UNESCO world heritage sites to government bodies, to shopping centres, to local schools, we help service providers deliver and maintain universally accessible environments for everybody. Operating out of the U.K, U.S, and United Arab Emirates, Direct Access delivers accessibility audits, inclusive products, and evacuation equipment worldwide for almost two decades. As human beings, we endure many experiences throughout our lives that leave us feeling at odds with the world around us. For some, this can include the ability to see, hear, walk, talk, or comprehend information in the same way as others. There are few things less personal yet more damaging than ignoring a person's need for access. That's why for us, creating disability access is personal.
