Utenos and About are brands in the B2C sector. ✔Commercial real estate is developed by innovative real estate development company SBA Urban. 54 thousand square meters of commercial real estate was developed in Vilnius (Green Hall valley, Monday Office open space) and Kaunas (Kauno dokas and Business Leaders Center). ✔SBA Modular is a modular construction company with purpose to spread smart living idea around globe. ✔Investment in real estate is managed by Capitalica Asset Management which owns business centres 135 in Vilnius, Kauno dokas in Kaunas and shopping centre Luizė in Klaipėda.
