We manage properties directly for HUD and HUD/FHA insured properties, as well as properties who follow TDHCA requirements. Uniquely, HomeSpring employs a special inspection team to oversee all UPCS (TDHCA), REAC (HUD) and physical inspections. Our compliance team manages the income certification processes for tax-exempt bonds, as well as bond compliance reporting to the trustees and owners.
