The Council of Better Business Bureaus is the umbrella organization for 113 local and independent BBBs across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, as well as home to its national programs on dispute resolution, advertising review, Auto-Line program, and industry self-regulation. BBB of Akron, Inc. was founded in 1920 and serves Ashland, Medina, Portage, Richland, Summit, and Wayne Counties. Our Vision: An ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other.
