My father, Ken Dick, founded our firm with the idea of providing quality designs of all sizes that are beautiful, yet practical; functional, yet exciting. Since our founding over 60 years ago, we have designed thousands of houses that achieve these goals. We are a well-established design firm located in Fort Worth, Texas, and have been at the same location for more than 20 years. We are "Certified Professional Building Designers" affiliated with the American Institute of Building Design, and have been since its inception. I have both served as president of its Texas Society, and as Secretary/Treasurer of the national organization. Whether you choose from our abundance of stock plans, a custom design or a remodeling/renovation, we have the ability to fulfill all of your design needs. We are a family owned and operated firm, which we feel is why our plans are naturally designed with family living in mind.
