The Benedict Group was founded in 1990. Our focus is on all forms of residential design. We are based in Florida and provide services throughout the nation & internationally. Firm credits include multiple awards, such as the National Best in American Living (NAHB), Prism, Grand and Aurora awards, as well as the 1992 New Southern Home (SEBC Convention Showhome, Orlando) and the Dream Home 2001 in Naples, Florida. Thomas K. Benedict received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University and his architectural license in California, Florida & other states. As president, he brings more than 30 years of experience to The Benedict Group. The firm includes 15 talented staff members & provides coordination with consultants.
