We are the submarine cable company connecting Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei and Yap and working to promote broadband adoption in FSM. The government of the Federated States of Micronesia and the World Bank have joined forces to improve ICT in FSM. We are an FSM corporation and our shareholders are the Government of FSM through the Department of Transportation Communications & Infrastructure (DTC&I) and the Department of Finance and Administration (DOFA). We have a Board of Directors and are charged to perform the functions of the Open Access Entity as defined in the Laws of FSM.
