We specialize in Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Athletic Facilities, Higher Education Facilities, Correctional Facilities and Governmental Buildings, among others. Founded in 1973 by Tom Williams Sr., WBCI has steadily grown to an annual revenue of 150 million with over 500 successful projects completed, many with repeat clients. Today, Tom's sons run the company and continue the legacy their father started. WBCI places a strong emphasis on safety, as well as building projects that are within timeline and budget.
