Ficosa North America

Ficosa began operating in the USA in 1995, through a technical-commercial office in Michigan, which was nearby the decision centres of the North-American car makers in Detroit. Since then, the company has expanded its capacities for the development of projects for the NAFTA area, with the creation of a test laboratory in 1996; a CAD department in 1997 and a prototype laboratory in 1998. In 2000, Ficosa consolidated its Engineering Centre with new headquarters in Madison Heights, where the technical-commercial office for the NAFTA market already was. Since 2008 Ficosa also has a production plant in US, located in Crossville, Tennessee.
