In partnership with leaders in patient advocacy and government research, we are also working to identify potential therapeutics for NGLY1 deficiency and Alagille syndrome, conditions with no approved treatment options. Our R&D efforts are supported by revenues from our four commercial products Chenodal® (chenodiol), Cholbam® (cholic acid), Thiola® (tiopronin) and THIOLA EC™ (tiopronin) delayed-release tablets.
