We find office-space solutions for medical, legal, and accounting groups while creating favorably risk-adjusted real estate investments. To do so, we purchase and renovate buildings to create long-term tenant partnerships and provide options for ownership, excellent service, and creative problem-solving. We recognize that professionals understand how to run their businesses and that our responsibility is to provide our tenants with an excellent building and service so they can focus on what they love, medicine, law, and/or accounting. Our job is to facilitate allowing tenants to make design and operating decisions, not to interfere with those decisions.
