Cubio is a service operator which was founded in 1999. Headquarters is based in Helsinki, Sörnäinen and subsidiary locates in St. Petersburg. Cubio was the first service operator in Finland to start offering fixed-price mobile subscriptions. After that, fixed-price subscriptions quickly became common among other operators. We produce operator services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
