COVID has increased the rise in conflict A court of law is not always the best solution It can save a lot of money and anguish and months and years of pain It is preferable over lengthy litigation It benefits individual's mental health and well being as the process is short It draws out individuals solutions giving them more control. Flo uses mediation to help resolve areas of conflict. Our experience has shown using mediation helps organisations save time and money. But more importantly it has the potential help humans to flourish, bringing resolution back into what were previously difficult situations.
