The first facility opened in Booragul and was known as the CA Brown Retirement Village. The Newcastle Anglican Church recognised that care and support were needed for the older members of the community. The Anglican faith-based values of genuine care, respect, and compassion for others flowed naturally into the values of the new organisation and Anglican Care quickly developed a reputation for delivering the highest standards of aged care. Since that time, we've applied our experience and expertise in these areas. We have developed and implemented innovative award-winning care programs.
