The Art Counsel

The Art Counsel is a student-run college counseling company, based online, that specializes in affordable advising and guidance services for prospective art students. We edit college essays/artist statements, review portfolios, help build portfolios, and any other type of college or art school help (list-building, school research, etc.) The founder Leo Deng was admitted into every art school he applied to, which includes Parsons School of Design, Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Tufts-SMFA 5-year combined degree, and Carnegie Mellon BHA intercollege degree (Bachelor of Humanities and Arts). He does the main work for consulting and has acquaintances from and information about Cooper Union, Pratt, FIT, Cornell, Harvard, and other art schools as well.
