We transform them in our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified production facility in Valence (France) where the process of flash pasteurisation was perfected to preserve all the fruits and vegetables natural qualities: fragrance, flavour, colour and texture. Thanks to our unique know-how, each fruit or vegetable of 100% natural origin has its own transformation process.
