WHO WE ARE Principal Construction Limited was established in 1999 by Niall Daly and Peter Mahon, both with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. ll members of our management team are qualified to at least B.Sc Honors level in their respective fields of expertise, with a number holding MSc degrees in Construction Project Management, Construction Economics and Architecture What makes us stand apart from our competitors is the quality of our workmanship.
