Aims To develop the CIPD Isle of Man Group to be perceived by local business, government and community as a key resource representing and providing valuable specialist HRM knowledge and expertise. Objectives To create and deliver a high quality relevant programme of speakers, workshops, and presentations for our target audience of local HR practitioners, CIPD students and guests. In addition, we hope this page helps to increase member communication, raise the profile of group events and act as an information sharing and dialogue ‘hub' between members.
