We research the market, look at trends and design products to keep our customers ahead of their competitors.   Our family owned business in Nottingham makes hand finished sweet and savoury products for frozen, chilled and ambient markets.   Unlike other bakeries we are flexible enough to do bespoke short runs of 8 pallets but still produce at a very consistent high quality.   Our Award winning business is innovative and quick to respond – recently we launched a product in 7 days breaking our customer's all time supplier records!
