Isban (Ingeniería de Software Bancario) is part of the Technology and Operations division of the Santander Group. Isban develops software and provides system integration services, which are shared by the different companies in the Group. Isban's philosophy and business strategy is based on a simple concept: becoming the ally of the financial institutions of the Santander Group through the use of Technology, with the aim of providing their customers better service, while reducing the operating costs at the same time.
