RF Investment Partners ("RF") is a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") Fund with approximately $284 million of capital under management, dedicated to using flexible financing solutions to support exceptional management teams in lower-middle-market companies. We use an opportunistic approach to investing, customizing both debt and equity investments that best meet the needs of owners and managers. We make investments ranging in size from $5-$25 million that arise from the following situations: • Management Buyouts • Recapitalizations • Acquisition or Growth Financing • Shareholder Liquidity Events • ESOPs We seek to partner with proven management teams and business owners whose companies possess the following characteristics: • Stable historical financial performance with $2-$10 million of EBITDA • Defensible market position • Limited customer concentration • Executable growth strategy / value creation plan • Management teams that are substantial stakeholders in their business
