WE are connected through legacy and whakapapa. Our mana is reflected through how we care for our people; protecting, nurturing and supporting them. All of our projects, initiatives and enterprises collectively work together to uplift all members of our community, internally and externally – creating a ripple effect that is felt throughout Aotearoa and across the waters of Te Moana Nui a Kiwa. Our purpose is to enhance the mana of Māori and Pacific people – to support them in realising their own dreams, with a vision to positively impact the lives of 10 million people. WE focuses on working with people not just for them.
