Unitrade Group Holding emerged in March 2004 as a result of the restructuring of the Unitrade group of companies. Due to the profound knowledge of the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) market obtained during its 15 years of successful operation, as well as the team of qualified specialists, the Holding has been able to retain leading positions in various segments of Ukraine's ICT market. As of today, the structure of Unitrade Group includes a Group of trading companies, a company engaged in the development of commercial real estate, the Udicom wholesale company, the B.Zone consulting company, and Service Master, a service company. The Group of trading companies is made up of the following retail chains: * Unitrade – a chain of personal electronics stores * City.com – a national chain of modern electronics hypermarkets * СамоБыт – a chain of household electronics stores The companies of the Holding operate throughout all of Ukraine offering their customers a wide range of high-technology products in the retail and distribution sectors, as well as high-quality services in commercial real estate management. The Holding has a representative office in China (the city of Shenzhen, Guandong province). The representative office coordinates activities in manufacturing IT products. Today, its own brand Ixtone is represented on the market of Ukraine and in the nearest future the Holding is going to present two more of its own trade marks. The Holding follows the development of the world's information technologies and offers its clients the latest in these technologies.
