EFF European Finance Function

EFF is short for European Finance Function. It is a finance and accounting outsourcing unit based in Poznan, Poland. The Duni Group (https://www.duni.com/en/about-us/) founded EFF in 2005 as a captive accounting shared service center. Since 2011 EFF also works with external customers. We currently have approximately 90 employees who speak at least 15 different languages. EFF's employees are specialists within accounting, process improvement, project management and IT. EFF fills the gap between between traditional local accountants and large-scale outsourcing providers. We support our customers with processing, training, issue-solving, process improvement, accounting, VAT-reporting, advisory and more. The typical EFF customer is a medium-sized company with international operations. We at the EFF know that the requirements for accounting, accountants and related processes are undergoing rapid changes and that the pace of change will only accelerate in the future. People and organizations need to adapt to this quickly. Those working within this sphere need to develop their technical knowledge and also add more value via human qualities such as wisdom, intuition, empathy and judgment.
