As a specialist in human behavior, Mark works with system and product designers, engineers, and product-development managers to design systems, products, and services compatible with the needs and capabilities of the people who will be using them. With a consistent focus on the end-user, Mark participates throughout the product-development cycle to (1) document user requirements and the demands of the use environment, (2) design hardware and software user interfaces including graphical user interfaces and interactive prototypes, (3) provide ergonomic and risk assessments of product designs, and (4) conduct usability tests to ensure product safety and ease of use.
