For over thirty years Ilmor has been best known for designing, developing and manufacturing high performance race engines for Formula 1 and IndyCar. Racing remains the core part of our business today and Ilmor acts as a consultant for motorsport clients from all forms of racing. However, the business is now using its racing expertise in other areas such as OEM automotive, electrification, defence and marine.
