Mark's background is in property management and development. Monique Simons BA (hons) DPSl MIL RPSI, Business Development and Managing Director . Monique Simons was the driving force behind a highly successful sales and marketing campaign that resulted in an ever growing national and international client base that currently stands at around 2000 . It includes national institutes, property and construction companies, award winning architects, market leading estate agents, banks, solicitors, accountants, and private landlords. A notable networker who speaks fluent, French, Spanish and Italian, Monique continues to grow the company with her unique sales and marketing techniques and award winning charm. Viral has been with EAL since it's inception and is the energy efficiency expert and IT Support manager. Viral also oversees all the data processing. He specialises in SAP and SBEM calculations. Ann is our principal consultant on sustainability. She is a qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor. Khaija is working towards full ACCA qualification. She is responsible for all in house book keeping and in house accounting. Bansri is currently working towards a qualification in business and administration and is responsible for customer support and client liaison.
