Established in 2009, the senior management team has worked together for between 10-20 years (on average), managing a portfolio of c. 620 assets comprising 56.0m sq ft with a capital value in excess of €6.9 billion. M7 has four business lines: 1) Private Funds/Listed Vehicles where M7 co-invests alongside multiple investors and acts as investment and asset manager. 2) Separate Account mandates where M7 acts as a third-party asset manager to manage portfolios for institutional, family office and high net worth investors. 3) Joint Ventures where M7 co-invests alongside partners, acting as promoted asset manager. 4) Advisory mandates for existing assets and targeted acquisitions.
