Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi AS (KGJS) is an international shipowning company and part of the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Group. We have a strong position in the market for large product tankers through a joint venture between our subsidiary SKS Tankers Holding AS (SKS) and Greentankers Holding (Hayfin Capital). Bulk Trading Group Limited (BTG) owns a fleet of 81,000 dwt Kamsarmax bulk carriers and is fully owned by by KGJS. KGJS has full commercial management of all vessels, OSM Bergen provides technical management. The KGJS main office in Bergen employs 21 people and we have 2 commercial representatives in Singapore. Our main and long-term objectives are to provide first class, competitive and professional ship management services with particular emphasis on reliability, regularity and safety at sea.
