The Conectado team is comprised of Canadian based Asset Management Professionals with experience in packaged EAM implementations, as well as corporate systems integration and complex organizational transformation projects. Our experience considers the organization's Asset Management strategy and business processes to deliver technical solutions such as maintenance systems packages (ie INFOR, SAP, Ellipse), GIS, document management, IoT/SCADA integrations, integration to corporate functions in ERP (ie SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.,). Our practitioners understand the complex change management effort to ensure the solutions deployed are adopted by the organization and benefits realized. Our leaders have more than 20 years of consulting experiences across many asset-intensive industries including transportation, mining, oil & gas, telecom, etc., across public and private sectors, providing a diverse knowledge of asset classes (Technology systems, Facilities, Fleets, Tracks, Structures) to draw upon. The team has experience deploying projects in multiple geographies and is successful using technologies to work with clients effectively both on and off site. We are committed to building sustainable solutions for our customers and empowering them to become knowledgeable owners and users by employing proven training practices. As a corporate member of the Institute of Asset Management, Conectado believes that maintaining and improving the community of practice both broadens an individual consultant to bring solutions to the client that are beyond technology, as well as drives behaviors required to mature asset management practices. Recently, Conectado has partnered with INFOR as an alliance partner to resell and implement their EAM and ERP software. In addition, Conectado has been certified by WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and participates in supplier diversity programs.
