Agrokor

The Agrokor Group is the largest company in Croatia and one of the leading regional companies with over 50,000 employees. Agrokor is currently in the process of Extraordinary Administration which is a special insolvency procedure in Croatia. At this stage of the Extraordinary Administration, the settlement plan providing for the restructuring of the Agrokor Group is approved by a large majority of creditors and the actual settlement implementation is expected to be finished in 2019. The Agrokor Group's core businesses is organized around three core business segments; Retail and Wholesale, Food and Agriculture, while all other non-core business activities are grouped under Agrokor portfolio holdings operations. Agrokor Group Retail is the regional leader with over 4 billion Euro in revenues and almost 1.800 stores in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosna and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. Agrokor's Food business segment is also a regional leader in mineral water, ice – cream, oil, margarine and mayonnaise production with many renowned brands and products that are internationally acclaimed for their quality. In the segment of Agriculture, Agrokor manages Europe's largest agricultural area and has varied production that includes cereal and oil crops, cattle farms and cheese production as well as production of fresh fruit and vegetables.
