As a marketing and engagement professional with an academic background and a passion for HE policy, teaching and student experience, I am uniquely placed to translate complex and sometimes inaccessible concepts, knowledge and messaging for a range of audiences. My strength and previous successes are down to my ability to understand how things are connected, my instinctive empathy with and focus on the customer perspective and my adeptness at creating simple solutions that deliver value and address customer needs.
