The US Biofuels Exchange, LLC (the US-BX) is a privately-held web-based Biofuels exchange (www.US-BX.com) that employs its own proprietary "Two-Sided" trading platform. The US-BX allows users to Buy, Sell and Make Offers on and to individual "Lots for Sale" and "Lots Wanted" of Ethanol, Biodiesel and more. It is the US-BX's goal to become the eBay™ of the Biofuels industry; a place where Biofuel Producers, both large and small, have equal access to a fair, honest and open marketplace that connects them with Brokers, Distributors, Marketers, Resellers, Blenders, Importers and Exporters throughout the world. The US-BX is poised to become a key infrastructure component within the Biofuels Industry. Management believes the US-BX will help create the needed efficiencies in pricing, distribution and product information standards necessary to increase the global adoption rate and consumption of Biofuels.
