From coordinating with fundraising efforts, to board reporting, positioning and decision making, we work professionally with all stakeholders to create a process and a project that thrives. We call upon our deep-seated experience in non-profit development to ensure our clients' projects will be successful. With over 500,000 square feet and $600M of complex urban development successfully completed, we understand the importance of the right team, dogged detail management, clear communication, community and organizational partnerships and strong leadership during all phases of the project pre-development through construction management.
